Charlotte Jones

Actor

Charlotte is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and has worked in theatre and with The Bruton Group leading corporate training programmes for fifteen years.

As an actor, she has been in various productions from the West End and large UK tours to fringe shows both in London and New York. Alongside this, Charlotte has worked as an acting teacher, workshop facilitator and corporate role-player.

Ken Rea

Professor of Theatre

Ken Rea is one of Europe’s top presentation and communication skills trainers. He has made a striking difference to thousands of people in business and industry, right up to CEO level.

He was Professor of Theatre at the renowned Guildhall School of Music & Drama and has taught some of Britain’s leading actors and film stars including Ewan McGregor, Jodie Whittaker, Lily James and Daniel Craig.

Antonia Salib

Actor

Antonia is an actor, director and workshop facilitator. As an actor she has appeared in Hijack (Apple TV+) alongside Idris Elba, Moon Knight (Disney+) and The Play That Goes Wrong on the West End stage. She runs workshops for theatre students on power dynamics and constructive communication as well as sitting on the audition panel for the Oxford School of Drama.

She has worked with The Bruton Group for nine years at their networking events and master classes, bringing her perspective as a performer on how to convey presence with voice and physicality.

Jonathan Cordell

Jonathan joined The Bruton Group over 20 years ago and has worked with hundreds of executives at events and Master Classes. With a background working with politicians and in tech sales, he brings experience of a wide range of communication styles and has been part of the team developing the Master Class programme since day one.

Mark Simon

Mark founded The Bruton Group in 1999 under The Chemistry Club brand to bring together investors, global technology organisations and internet start-ups at networking events. 

Over the years the company evolved and The Bruton Group run a series of forums and events which bring together senior executives from across many sectors to develop relationships and drive success for their organisations.
